Discount
Deduct $20 for each applicant when you enroll 6 or more from the same school or league team from this season.
Does not apply for HS 3-Day Camp

Boys and Girls may not be combined. 

Team applications must be mailed in together. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All 6 applicants must attend camp to receive the Team Discount.

Commuter Rates
Deduct $50 for each Overnight application.

$15 Sibling Discount
Deduct $15 for each child after the first has enrolled.
Does not apply for HS 3-Day Camp

 


Enrollment Policies

  • Age: Day Campers 8 to 18
    Overnight Campers 9 to 18

  • Deposit:
    Overnight Camps
    -
    A $100 Non-Refundable deposit required with each application. Full Tuition for Overnight Camps vary by location.

    Day Camps -
    A $50 Non-Refundable deposit required with each application. Full tuition for all Day Camps cost $188.
     

  • Cancellations:
    Notify us in writing or by email.
    If you have to cancel for any reason, your non-refundable deposit or full payment can be:

Transferred in 2008 only to another camp or family member.

  • REFUNDS are paid in August except non-refundable deposits. 
    A refund is not issued if you cancel once the camp begins. 

  • Balance of payment:
    Must be postmarked 14 days prior to first day of camp. (Day and Overnight Camps)

  • Late Payment:
    To avoid a $15 late fee all tuition must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your child's camp. All payments not postmarked 14 days prior to camp will incur a late fee.

    Payments made AFTER THE 14 DAY DEADLINE can only be made with a Money Order or Cashier's Check.  No personal checks will be accepted
    .

    Students who "walk-up" on the first day of camp must pay with Money Order, Cashier's Check or Cash only.

  • Late Applications:
    $15 late fee will be charged for any application NOT postmarked 14 days prior to the first day of camp. This applies to Day and Overnight Camps.

 There are no refunds paid once camp has begun.
 

Camp Enrollment Information

  • Wait List - applications are processed in the order they are received.  Any application received that exceeds space availability will be placed on a WAIT LIST and a DEBB Camp representative will notify you.
     
  • Confirmation - a letter will be mailed once your application with a deposit or full payment has been received by the central office. The letter will contain detailed information about the camp your child will be attending.  (see Getting Ready For Camp)

  • Commuter Students: (Overnight Camps Only) Do not live in dorms. Their lunch and dinner is provided for in their tuition.  Please be on campus for the Sunday session until 9:30 pm and then daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.  

    Residential campers
    are allowed to room with whomever they want. There are normally two to a room and four to a suite. Final room assignments are given at camp registration.

  • Day Camp Hours:
    Monday thru Friday  8:30 am- 4:00 pm.
    Registration is between 7:30 and 8:30 am. on Monday.
    Camps held week of July 4th will check in on Sunday, June 29th from 1-2 pm

    Overnight Camp Hours:

  • Day Camp Lunch: Day campers must supply their own lunch.
