Midrange Game
Practice footwork to help you change directions in
traffic. Slash thru zones and split defenders. Effectively use the
shot fake and lead in footwork for jump shot. Learn efficient v-cuts,
running off a screen, ball, and basket cuts.
Nuances of Shooting
Discover floaters, runners, duck under,
pump/ball fakes, pull up and off the dribble
jumpers. First time or less advanced players will
learn foundations for the Shooting and 1 on 1
systems while the more advanced player learn
highly advanced offensive footwork and dribble
attack moves.
Up Tempo Style
Accelerate to the basketball, effective situational strategies,
split traps, improve full court transition game, develop hesitation,
change of speed & more.
